William Hall, CPA

Bill started his accounting career in 1969, working in his father's firm, a firm he would later own and operate as William E. Hall & Associates. During his career, Bill has served the needs of a wide range of clients and continues to do that with Russell & Associates, a firm he joined in 2004. Bill is a graduate of Winona Senior High School and Winona State University.
